Hello All:

For the last 2 years, since I’ve been on the road as a full time RVer, I’ve been promising to get together with my readers when I hit a different local area.  Until now, though, I’ve just never had the time (actually, it’s more like I just didn’t make the time) to set up a local meeting.

As you’ll read in my other blog, I’ve just extended my stay here in Atlanta by at least a few more days.  So, I decided that thereis no ltime like the present to plan a …

Snobbiness=Sales?

Posted April 22nd, 2007 by Gina Gaudio-Graves

I just got off the phone with Henry Gold.  Over the past several months, Henry has really taken me under his wing to help me get better results in my business.  (Thank you, Henry!)

If you’ve been on my list for awhile, or if you’ve been a reader of my other blog for any length of time, you’ve probably noticed the difference in my writing.  This is all a result of Henry’s guidance.

Today, Henry’s advice really threw me for a loop.

Henry told me that I needed to be more snobby in my writing, both on my blogs, and in my emails.  He says that until I can be more snobby, I’m setting myself up for fewer sales.

But if you know me at all, you’d know that I actually work VERY hard at being down to earth, being “just one of the guys”, and thus, NOT snobby.

Henry pointed out the writing of many of the internet’s top gurus …

Terry Dean

Mark Joyner

Gary Halbert

and many others

And told me that I really needed to study them.  When I did, do you know what I saw?  They ARE snobby!  In fact, they are VERY snobby.

But I met Terry Dean at a recent conference (one of the greatest moments of my life, actually).  And he is anything BUT a snob.

So, let me ask you this …

Do you really need to be a snob to have HUGE sales on the internet?  Is it essential that you write in a snobby way in order to have a successful internet business?

Overcoming Procrastination This Tax Season

Posted April 14th, 2007 by Gina Gaudio-Graves

With the tax season upon us here in the US, I’ve talked to a lot of< marketers who are spending this weekend hard at work trying to get their taxes ready to send out by April 17th. (Don't believe me on this? Check out my article on saving money on taxes on my other blog.)Even though we got 2 extra days to file our taxes this year, here we are, almost on the original due date, and yet most marketers I’ve talked to have still not gotten their returns done. They’re planning on taking full advantage of those extra two days to the fullest.

That really got me to thinking:

Why do so many internet marketers simply procrastinate about EVERYTHING?

I’m sure you know what I’m talking about. In fact, I’ll even bet that you either know someone like this or that you may be like this yourself..

  • Are you one of those people waiting until Monday to even start your taxes?
  • Are you one of those people who has:

… Purchased every “How To” product out there?
… Taken every coaching course out there? And yet still have never done a single promotion or even tried to get more than 100 people on your list?

What causes so many internet marketers to procrastinate?
