** PR: Successful JV Broker Retires at 42? **
Hello JVSuite Toolbar Members:
Over the years, many famous internet marketers have publicly announced their retirement as a marketing ploy. This has been incredibly powerful and it has caused many more to “jump on the bandwagon” so to speak. Well, I too have an announcement to make, but it is NOT for marketing purposes. It is the 100% honest truth.
On January 1st, I officially Retired as a JV Broker. No, this does NOT mean that I am no longer going to be marketing on the internet. What it does mean, though, is that I will no longer be accepting new clients at all. In fact, at the time I retired, I had only 3 remaining clients whose JV’s had not yet been completed. All of them had originally been planned for 2006 and for one reason or another had simply not gone forward yet (this is often the case with JV’s). I actually had to pass one of the projects on to an associate and a second has decided not to go forward. So that leaves me with only 1 more client to finish up. (That JV will go forward in March and I will definitely be letting all of you know about it.) Other than that, I am done organizing joint ventures for others.
Why am I doing this? Well, one reason really. For once in my life, I’m going to be a bit selfish. You see, for the last few years, I’ve not been pumping out product after product for myself. Instead, I’ve been hard at work launching tons of products for other people. I’ve decided that it’s about time for me to change all that and get at least one product of my own.
So, I’m officially retiring as a JV Broker so that I can launch my own membership site.
That site is JVSuite. It’s a project that I’ve been working on for well over a year. It’s basically my dream system — every single tool that I would like to have — for launching and running a successful JV. If there’s something that would have saved me time, saved me money, or made my job easier, then I’m adding it to JVSuite. What I want to do in the future is twofold… I want to give the world the ultimate system for finding JV partners and organizing JV’s and at the same time, share my knowledge and experience with users of that system. Members will be invited to join me each month for a teleconference where we’ll discuss what’s working in Joint Ventures at that time. We’ll also look at what’s not working and how to improve it as well. Those calls will be included in the membership but will not be open to the general public. We’ll have other teleconferences on a variety of topics held weekly as well.
I’ll also have a 6-week coaching program for what I call Promoters (these are Affiliate Marketers and Super Affiliates) as well as for Product Creators (those organizing JV’s). (You can find this at http://www.JVSuite.com/coaching .) This is on top of the two apprenticeships that I have available — one for general Internet Marketing and one for becoming a JV Broker. Both of these are 6 month programs.

I think that I can help more people by teaching them how to do what I have done for my clients rather than trying to do their joint ventures for them. What is that old saying, “Teach a man to fish, feed him forever; Give a man a fish, feed him for a day.” That’s pretty much what I am doing. For years I’ve been giving people the fish. Now I am changing gears and teaching them to fish instead.
As with every new endeavor there’s an amount of uncertainty and nervousness. Although it feels quite strange to be teliing prospective clients, “I am sorry I can’t help you, I’m retired”, I know that in the long run, it will be better for my clients and for me.
This will leave me free to focus 100% of my efforts on my students as well as on launching and running my new site, JVSuite.com. If you’re reading this right now, then you already know a little bit about my pet project. I can’t wait to share the other features of it with you in the coming weeks!
